I have two different rooms available in a newer, nice home in The Vista's, Summerlin. I want to find someone who is low drama, cleaner (at least in common areas) and easy to get along with. I currently live in the house with my twin sister (also a really cool girl) and we are open to guys or girls living with us. I think she would rather live with a girl. Full house privileges and three parks are within walking distances. A beautiful area and safe environment. We also have a little pond and a jacuzzi in the backyard. Also, very close access to freeways (215 and Summerlin Parkway) and Charleston Blvd.
