We are UOP alumni/grad student, 2 females, 1 male ages 25-27. We are teachers and guy who works in sale/sports. We are clean,considerate, respectful, responsible and fun. We are looking for someone who also is. I have a very sweet, friendly house trained dog. She is a hound mix who loves everyone and everything. We have a large private room for rent with a large closet, ceiling fan, plantation shutters, cable and internet access. The bathroom is shared with one girl. The house is 2 year old 2 story, 2 car garage, 4 bedrooms 2.5 baths with loft in Spanos Park West/ Westlake village. It is a nice quiet neighborhood. The house is furnished, except bedroom but we are open to more or other furniture and can furnish bedroom if needed.
