Preferred room and roommate description
Located in Weston Ranch, close to I-5 and just 10 minutes or so from UoP, Delta and downtown; my house is a perfect choice!
In addition to the ammenities listed on the profile, I have Comcast digital cable, wireless internet, a home gym & the WII for fun :)
I'm looking for a room mate who is easy going, yet responsilbe(no drugs or excessive alcohol)and pays rent/bills on time. I work in the Bay area and am gone at least (3) days/week so I need someone trustworthy in my personal home. I have been renting my rooms to students, profesionals, families and international folks for over 8 years and have been fortunate to even consider some of my former housemates, "friends."
