Hello! I am renting out a room in the two bedroom apartment I share with my boyfriend. It's in a 23 unit complex, with an outdoor grill, numbered parking and pool.
We are a block away from Publix, Dollar Tree, Sweetbay, and Rally gas. We're minutes away from Tyrone Mall, St Petersburg College's Gibbs campus and the beaches.
For those who take the bus, 79 goes in front of our apartment and stops for the 14 and the CAT (35) are on our block.
Everything in the living room and kitchen is shared, including the TV and kitchen equipment. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment, however we have chairs on the porch, which is covered. We own two cats who are very well behaved and friendly.
Rent covers utilities (not including internet). We'd like a $100 deposit, which will be returned upon your departure. If someone wants to only stay for a few weeks, we accept $125/wk, $50 deposit.
Deposit and first months rent are to be paid up front, in cash or money order, before you move in.
We are looking for someone who has stable income and will pass a criminal background check. We are NOT 420 friendly, and will not accept any sort of drugs in the house. We are gay friendly. If you only want to stay a few weeks, please let us know beforehand.
