The ideal roommate would be pleasant, no drama, reliable, trustworthy, non-smoking and cat friendly. I'm home most of the day working out of my office, so the house is generally quite and clean. The yard is huge and is a great place to entertain both in the summer and winter - assuming you like the cold. The house is 3,000 sq ft, and recently remodeled with a 3rd floor addition that offers a private sitting/living room area. There is also a workout area and tons of storage. The bedroom has a lake front view with a full wall closet, cable ready and separate bath. I would need references and a credit history to ensure you are reliable and have a viable income etc...
