Hello, I am renting a Nice sized Middle room and Iive in a 3 bedroom Home with basement and 2 baths. The room is cozy and pretty large for a middle room. It comes fully furnished with a 19 inch cable ready TV/ceiling fan/A/C unit in window/2 dressers, one horizontal the other veritcal/a lamp and table for reading/also contains a window fan/2 speakers and a receiver/one queen size bed with steel frame/and hard wood floors with area rugs. I have a medium size kitchen with 1 refrig with freezer, and i have another floor freezer/black and white marble kitchen table with black and tan stool chairs, and kitchen is very clean and will offer use. I for the most part works 8 hrs per/day very social tend to be out at times/very flexible, easy going, and have been doing this for more than 10 years, and have met some interesting people. Let me say it has been all worth it, not just for the money but also to lend a helping hand to people whom need it whether it be for 1 week or 1 year. The shopping center is about 5 to 6 blocks in route and if those whom do not have a car the #23 runs right across the street from my home. I also have a little chaq qua wa whom stays in his cage when I am not home and is old in dog years around 91 years old and is blind in one eye. As you can tell I adore my home and work very hard to keep it clean and I am especially looking for someone whom will love my home as well as I.
