Preferred room and roommate description
Hello All,
I am looking for a roomie to share my 25 year old single family home. The house is in the Morrel Park area of Baltimore City, but it looks like the county. It is on the south west Baltimore City / Baltimore County line close to 95 and 695. It also is close to the bus stop.
It is a very nice house in a quiet and nice neiborhood on a dead end street with single family homes only, so there are no problems with parking. It is one block from the park, and has a great veiw of Baltimore city.
The house has a six foot tall privacy fence around the back yard with a very huge deck. The deck has a table set, a large stainless steal grill, a bar, a two person swing, and several lounge chairs around the pool. Yes a pool which feels great in the summer. Which is great for hosting guests. Check out the two pics that I have inluded in my profile to see how great the deck is. You will enjoy the deck doring the warm weather months like I do.
The house has a super fast wireless cable internet, cable TV, central A/C, dishwasher, and side by side fridge with ice and water thru door. There is a washer and drier in the basement.
You will have the master bedroom with huge closet with organizer, two windows, and ceiling fan. The bedroom also has cable and phone jack where you can also have your own TV and phone if you wanted. The bedroom is freshly painted and has new carpeting. You will have the main bathroom with tub w/shower as yours since there are two full baths in the house.
I am a seperated (from wife) gay male with a fourteen year old daughter. She stays with her mother most of the time but she does spend one night every once in a while here. She is quiet, and very well behaved and mannered.
I am a quiet, responsible, respectful, outgoing person, who is pleasant to be around, and non-judgemental. Hope you are also. I will do my best to make it feel like your home also! Hopefuly we could become great friends like I did with my last roomie...... : ) : ) : )
I do have a cat named Buz, who is lovable and loves to be near people all the time.
I am asking $600 a month for rent, which inclused all utilities in the price also phone with free long distance within the USA.
