If you are a contractor, new to Baltimore, or someone else who is in need of a short-term housing who does not want to live in a motel, I may have just the place for you. Located in Halethorpe, near UMBC, the BWI Airport, Northrop Grumman, UMAB, Johns Hopkins and Johns Hopkins Bayview, this house also is a short commute to I-695, and I-95. If you work in Washington D.C., or the Baltimore Inner Harbor, no problem, just walk one block to the MARC Train Penn Line and commute easily to the D.C. Metro or Baltimore Penn Station. If you like the great outdoors, the Patapsco Valley State Park is just five minutes away where you can do plenty of hiking and biking or just relax and have a picnic. If you are active and are looking for a sports facility, UMBC offers a monthly exercise package which gives you access to athletic center and an Olympic-size swimming pool (heated for outdoor use). Currently, the house is completely furnished, including bed linens and towels. Our large kitchen was remodeled this summer. Hardwood floors. The house is wired for Comcast fast Internet, phone and cable TV (even in the bedrooms). Free yard service. Appliances have been updated. Free on-street parking. A free cleaning service also comes once a month to keep the house tidy. For your privacy, each bedroom comes with its own lock and key. You will share a bathroom. One month rent security deposit. Short-term leases are possible. Utilities not included. We're looking for someone with good credit. No pets. All of the roommates here are easy going and considerate of others.
