Hello, I am a single mother of a eleven month old well behaved son. I own my own beautiful two story 3 bedroom home on the Southwest side of town. I am lloking for someone who doesnt smoke, or drink at home, to rent a room with bathroom and full shower in my home. I am very easy going but I must be strict about cetain things because of my son. I am very friendly and easy to get along with. I dont have family out here, I am here by myself and I am mostly looking for a friend as well as roomate. I work in the evenings, sometimes late and I have my own childcare. No pets please, no exceptions. I am asking for 350 including all utilities. I work graveyards every now and then, I would like someone who wouldnt mind staying with myson every now and then if called into work. By no means is this a babysitter or nanny position, I have my own babysitter. I would just hope that I could trust the person I am living with, and that they might want to help me while he sleeps.
