Preferred room and roommate description

I have a home on the westside of Jax in a quiet subdivision. I have two rooms you can pick from if you move in with me. One has a ceiling fan and a walk-in closet. The other one has neither. I have a split floor plan home, so the 2 bedrooms described are on one side of the house. You would have your own bathroom. The house itself is about 2100 square feet and has a garage, which you will be able to park in and store stuff in. The home also has a huge backyard with a small patio and privacy fence. I am not a smoker, but don't mind if you are as long as you smoke outside. I am only renting one of the rooms to only one person. No couples please. The rent is $500 + half utilities (water, electric, cable). The total amount you would be paying per month is $600-700 on average. I have living room furniture and you can use whatever I have in the kitchen. I don't cook, so I don't have that much in the way of pots and pans etc... I don't mind sharing food/laundry stuff and if you buy groceries I will take $ off the rent of the food I eat or for laundry stuff I use. You must be a dog lover to live with me as I have 3!
