Preferred room and roommate description

There are two rooms available at my house. The first is a huge 16x16ft room with your own AC unit and heating unit for the winter. The room is at the end of the hallway upstairs... and you have to go down three stairs to get to it, and your bathroom...so it's pretty secluded. I am asking $500 a month for this room

The other room is 10x10 plus additional 6x8 room outside of the bedroom door, with a privacy curtain. There are two closets, so you'll have room for your stuff. This bedroom uses the same bathroom as the first room available upstairs, but it is a two room bathroom... with two sinks and separate room for toilet and shower. I am asking $400 a month for this room.

The utilities have been getting out of hand lately... so I am going to ask roommates to contribute 1/4 of the utility bill, cable and internet, up to a maximum of $100 per month. But realize that the bills will always be more than that... so just tack on $100 to the cost of the room you want in order to help with bills.

This is a bad ass house, with cool people living here... every renter I have ever had has loved living here. Once you come check it out and you won't want to look elsewhere. I take care of all lawn maintenance and repairs to the house.
