I'm a nite worker 4pm=5am. Off mondays and tuesdays. Cosy , clean house with garage parking available. Private room, private bath, highspeed internet, washer/dryer and cable provided. 1/2 ele plus rent. I have 2 cats that use a pet door, no litter box oder. I smoke in the garage or out on the patio. I am organized and a bit of a clean freak most of the times. Private fenced small back yard. Perfer single clean female however it really is not that big of a deal as long as your polite and clean. Call for any other info you may need. 1st months rent due on move in and every month there after.
