Preferred room and roommate description
Here’s the situation, I own a nice home off of Argyle Forrest. I need to move because of a new job prospect in south Florida. Due to the poor housing marking, I am unable to sell my home at this time. What I would like to do instead, is to rent my portion of the house. I currently have a wonderful roommate who rents one of the smaller rooms.
Here is a description of the house: 8330 Argyle Corners Dr E has 3 beds, 2 baths, approximately 1,094 square feet, and was built in 1991. It has a brand new roof and garage door system. The back yard is completely fenced in.
The rent would be $650/mo and would include the master bedroom with a walk in close and private bathroom, living room, dining room, kitchen (shared with roommate), washer and dryer (shared with roommate), 2 car garage, and yard. The utilities would be split evenly between you and the current roommate (who is a non-smoking, non-drama, petless, quiet, male of 29 years, and the best roommate I have ever had, period). The house is non-smoking and only the exceptional pet will be considered with a safety deposit. I may also consider renting out the second vacant room which is currently being used for storage and as a guest bedroom.
The house is located only minutes from the Orange Park Mall and Interstate 295. It is also part of the Clay County School District.
