This is a Home. Great neighborhood. Large yard. Complet With Pool,Jacuzy and barbraques. House is 2600 sqare feet. Full use of home. Kitchen has gas stove etc. Have pots,pans microwaves plates and silverware. We also have some limited storage. This is one of the perfered areas of Las Vegas. Parking is availible in driveway. If yoy play piano I have a grand. We all like music. Great people to live with. Company is also ok.
