me and my boyfriend are looking for a roomate my last one bailed four days before moving we want to move on the 30th or sooner... the total for moving was 1375 we already paid 430 of it and we still owe 945 our last roomie was suppose to pay 459 and we would get the rest.... also the next month the rent would be 1200 because we would still owe 400 of the security deposit but you would only pay 400 of that ... then after that the monthly fee would be about 450 a month that is with power and gas.... the rent itself would be 267 a month gas about 50 and power about 90 give or take....you would have own room and bath you would have your own hallway it would be away from our bedroom... its roomie style it is a nice place... ... my name is raet and my boyfriend name is koby one of us will answer also you can text... please and thank you btw it is in Vistana We are clean...We are pretty much quite we like to have a little fun every now again...I have two jobs and my boy friend has one but we work hard. im very funny and im outgoing... I dont like drugs or smoking but the smoking can be done outside... also im allergic to cats so no kittys... but we do love dogs.. mainly small dogs... but we like dogs in general lol So if you want to move in please call asap
