Preferred room and roommate description
My name is Josh, I own a 2400 sqft home with 4 bedrooms. My current roommate is leaving and I am looking to rent his room out. The house is split into two levels, my room and the kitchen is upstairs along with a balcony that overlooks the strip and desert, and the available room is down stairs. My point is, if you need privacy it is here. The house has 3 plasma TVs 2 micro fiber red couches, art on the walls, all normal needed utensils glasses, plates, forks etc. I am asking 500.00 TOTAL, If you are interested please respond.
