Preferred room and roommate description
I am 27 years old, professional, law enforcement/ public safety officer. I am going through a divorce, and recently separated. I have partial custody of my 14 month old daughter, i have a dog. My room is upstairs, also where the baby will sleep when she is there. The room being rented is downstairs near the bathroom. There is a basement with a washer and dryer. I am a social drinker, not over the top. I just want to keep a somewhat clean house. I have a small lawn that is fenced in. Any questions just ask. I will want 500 plus half of utilities a month.
