I am getting ready to rent a doublewide mobile home in Desert Inn Estates Nellis & DI. Its a 4 bedroom 2 bath, with a fenced backyard. The home is fully furnished with my furniture. The only thing you need to bring is your bed and whatever else you would like to bring (within reason). I have enough of just about everything for the Walton family..lol I share custody of my 14 yr old son every other week. You would have to share the second bath with him. I am hoping to convert one of the other bedrooms into a home office as I work from home. That room could be rented as well and I could convert the family room into the office or den. Many options. I have one very tiny dog, more like a large rat..lol She is very friendly and loves everyone. I'm open to either male or female, just make sure u have a stable job and are an honest, down to earth drama/drug free, CLEAN individual who is just interested in finding a mellow nice place to call home.
