My brother has lived with my girlfriend and I for the past 3 years. He has moved out, and I need a replacement to help with the mortgage.
I just put new carpet in the bedroom. The Living room and Kitchen have hardwood floors. There is a Sun/Dinning room overlooking Marsh Landing Golf Course(Par 4 #7). The room includes private bathroom, and a huge closet that could be considered a third bedroom, or office.
I am a hard working professional that likes to keep my home clean.
