Preferred room and roommate description

I've just bought a new home. I will be closing on it at the end of October. I am looking for a fun, outgoing, respectful and responsible roommate to help with the costs. I have 2 small dogs and I don't mind if you have a small dog or cat as long as they are potty trained. No more than one please. I work very early in the mornings on weekdays, so I would need for you to respect that. I am VERY easy to get along with and I love football=) I travel a lot for work and could be gone for weeks at a time, again comes the respect thing. I will have a family member watching my dogs and staying in my room during these times. They're just as fun as me, I guess that's where I get it from. hahaha=)

Rent would include EVERYTHING....rent, gas, electric, water, cable, high speed internet (which will be set up in the next week), and trash pick-up. I just ask that you clean up after yourself in the common areas and help with the little chores around the house. Let me know if this sounds like something you could do. Also I forgot to mention its about 8 miles from downtown and about 4-5 miles from the beach and a minimum 6 month lease, but I will give you the option.
