Preferred room and roommate description
We are looking for a responsible roommate to occupy a room. The utilities will be split 3 ways and the rent is 370.00 a month. We live in a spacious 2 story duplex with 3 male cats. We keep the place pretty tidy and it has a nice home feel to it. We do have a furnished home with everything, the room is the only exception of being unfurnished.
