Preferred room and roommate description
I have a 3 bedroom home, and am in the process of trying to liquidate my personal belongings ( which are endless) in hopes of putting my home on the market to sell if and when the market recovers some. I have, and will continue to keep the home in tact for our comfort, but have many personal items to liquidate after a divorce, as well as getting the home in tip top shape to either keep, or sell at a later date. I need to find someone that I feel is trustworthy, and can give me some help around the home in exchange for very reduced rent, which would depend on the degree of help that you can provide!
