I am looking for a roommate for my 4 bedroom/2 bathroom house. I live in a great community with unrestricted parking or HOA rules. ? acre fenced in yard You would have your own (Lg bedroom-- sm efc Apt recently refinished and upgraded). Includes WiFi- internet, cable, washer/dryer, water, and electric The type of roommate I am seeking would include: Working, Non smoking (or at least out side smoking), no drugs, no drama, stable, pays rent on time, cleans up after themselves, pets may be considered. I prefer a f/m roommate any age (I have teenage daughters that visit) but would consider others. A little about me: I work 5 days a week and travel a lot with work so not home very much, extremely easy going, enjoy work outs when I can, don't have parties at my house but like to go out occasionally. Great access to I-75, I-4 and the cross-town exp. Shopping centers, Grocery Stores and restaurants are only 5 minutes away. Tampa and USF is only 15-20 minutes away, Brandon Mall 5 minutes, JP Morgan, Citi Group, only 10 minutes away. Month to month with 30 days in advanced notice, along with a negotiable deposit.
