I own the house and I am on disablity from Safeway. Basically I am a laid back person. I spend most of my time on the other side of house in family room. I have 2 german shepherds who are cat friendly. I am looking for a full time student or full time employed person. I respect my privacy and would do the same with yours. Don't mind occasional over night guests within reason. Would like to rent asap.
