Preferred room and roommate description
I live in a nice 3 bdrm duplex in Raymore, MO and will be having a bedroom available around June 1st or possibly earlier. I have one bedroom and my girls (16 & 13) who live w/me about 40% of the time share a bedroom and then there will be an empty bedroom soon. I am a single mom, work a full-time job and a part-time job so am not home a whole lot. You would have your own bedroom, walk-in closet, own bathroom and then would share the living room/kitchen/washer & dryer. It is a 2 car garage so you would have a space to park in the garage as well. I am looking for someone who is not a slob and has a full-time job and will pay the rent/utilities on time. I am very laid-back and get along with just about anyone. I don't smoke or drink so don't want someone who is going to be up partying every night. It's okay if you smoke only if you smoke outside.
