The property is very nicely landscaped and offers flower, rose and vegetable gardens. The backyard is fenced. I have converted and equiped half of the garage into a work-out area for us to use with a BowFlex machine, a NordicTrack and other equipment. . . . . . . . . HERE IS WHAT THE RENT INCLUDES . . . - the room is COMPLETELY FURNISHED with a full-size bed (almost new mattress/box springs), a double dresser with full width mirror, a storage stand/night stand, a glider/rocker reading chair, a color TV w/ remote, AMFM Alarm radio, lamps, a remote controlled ceiling fan/light, artwork and all linens (towels, sheets, blanket, pillows, etc) . . . - ALL UTILITIES ARE INCLUDED with the rent. - CABLE TV SERVICE is provided. . - There is HIGH SPEED INTERNET ACCESS included. Sociable is good but a ' dedicated partier' is not a match. Neat and Clean within the common areas however is absolutely essential. A non-smoker (or at least only outside), with a sense of humor and who is reasonably easy going, without a lot of drama would work best. Sorry - but no pets, no children and no over-nighters. This is a good, safe & stable neighborhood . . . . close to schools/colleges, shopping, restaurants, entertainment, parks, pools, churches, public transportation and offers easy interstate access to the airport, sporting events and activities of all kinds.
