I am a very young looking and active professional -- work in non profit and am also a writer. I am looking for permanent roommate, a mature female (no males, please, due to the layout of my house) to stay a year or longer. You will be welcome to meet me for coffee first and then go through the house. The private bath has a clawfoot bathtub, but there is another bath with shower in the house.
