Preferred room and roommate description
I am a 24 year old female living in South Boston. I own a 1000 sq foot condo with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. I had a roommate for over a year who just moved out in August so I am looking to find someone to rent my extra bedroom.
I prefer a female roommate around my same age. I work 9-6 during the week so I usually lay low during the week and then go out in the Boston area during the weekends. I would love a roommate I could occasionally go out with or just hang out and watch some TV with during the week. I am a pretty clean person so I definitely want a roommate who will clean up after themselves.
I have an in unit washer and dryer along with a dishwasher. My building also has an elevator and a shared roof deck that you can see the Boston skyline from.
