2 houses with 2 apartments each on Staten Island near Ferry to Manhattan (walk to downtown financial district - subway and buses right there), bridges to Brooklyn and Jersey. One is near Wagner and St. John's, the other near CSI. My wife and I live in one apartment, and have rooms available in 3 other apartments. I currently rent to one gender in each apartment, and open to couples in one unit and possibly another depending on availability.
Rooms can be furnished or not. I pay all utilities so your expenses are predictable. Parking available. Negotiable rent is based on size of room, whether furnished, length of stay, discount possible for household services. Rooms available for long and short term (weekly) visits.
