Preferred room and roommate description
We are currently looking for one more roommate to occupy a 3/2.5 South Austin home. The house is fairly large - 2 story, 2 living rooms, 2 dining rooms, 3 bedrooms, 2-car garage, walk-in closets in every room and a large backyard. Square footage of the house is 1595. We are 2 twenty-one year old females/students and looking for someone similar. (early 20's/male or female/student) We also prefer that you do not have pets considering the 2-pet limit. The house is located just south of Ben White off of South Congress and the move-in date can be as early as November 9. Rent is still currently undetermined but should not exceed $500 and the deposit is $333.
