Bedroom Sizes: $450 - 13x13, $425 - 12x12
Bathroom: Share, does have 2 sinks and is a good size.
Home Size: 2500sq.ft.
1st Floor: Dining Area, Kitchen, Laundry Room, Half Bath, Large Covered Patio
2nd Floor: 4 Bedrooms, 2 Baths, Game Room
Amenities: Spa/Pool located in Neighborhood
Travel Times: Downtown or San Marcos - 20 min., Kyle - 10 min.
Utilities: Pay 1/3 of electric, gas, water, cable. Internet is included. At the max $150 extra.
Cleaning: Keep Rooms Clean, Bathroom, Kitchen. I will hire someone every 2 weeks to do a good cleaning. Yard - have someone that maintains it.
Deposit: $450 - Can be split into 2 payments.
No Children or Pets
