Upstairs bedroom, private bath. Full access to all common areas, including kitchen, laundry room garage parking, large fenced in back yard, wireless internet, cable. Negotiable flat rate rent including all utilities except phone. My job requires weekday travel, so need someone who is willing to feed my 3 cats and 1 dog when my travel requires overnight stays.
