I have a furnished bedroom available on May 6th that is furnished with a queen sized bed, nightstand, double-dresser, 5 drawer chest of drawers, Samsung 42" HDTV (flat panel) with Time Warner DVR service including the premium channels HBO, Showtime, Cinemax, The Movie Channel and Starz. It also has a computer desk, computer chair, high speed wireless internet and a physical Ethernet connection, mini-refrigerator, and lastly a DVD player. Bed linen and towels are provided also. The house is closer to South 1st Street and FM1626, the house itself is one mile from I-35 and is a 10 minute drive to the 6th Street exit. The rate for the room is $550.00 and the size of the room is 13 X 13.
The shared areas of the house (common areas) would be the living room, dining room, upstairs bathroom, downstairs bathroom, kitchen, and the laundry room which has Whirlpool Duet front loading washer and dryer, the other shared area is the 120" screen Home Theater Room located upstairs. The house is 3150 sq. ft and your roommates if you chose to move in would be me (Alex) I am a interior designer and Dustin a computer programmer, and Christopher a EMT. Due to the owner/landlord, the house is a total pet-free and smoke-free environment (he does allow smoking on the back patio, or in the driveway). I guess most importantly the house is a drama-free zone.
