Preferred room and roommate description
Looking for two strait roommates mature but relaxed, must be drama-free, stable, clean, considerate of others to share my home with. Ideally two female but that is not a requirement. No pets or children. Outside smoker.
I have two rooms that I am renting. One is $650 a month (12’ x 12 ½’ 150 sq. ft.) 12’ vaulted ceilings and the second is $825 a month (12’ x 20 ½’ 246 sq. ft.) 12’ vaulted ceilings both have cable for TV. Gas, water, power, wireless internet, cable, fax, unlimited long distant land line, lawn work, charcoal grill all included in monthly rent. Deposit is half of monthly rent.
My home is a three level (ranch) house, three bedrooms, and two full baths. My room is the downstairs third level. The upper level has two bedrooms and a full bath. This area will be shared by the two roommates with access to ground floor kitchen, living room and savanna dining room all with 12’ vaulted ceilings. The savanna dining room opens out to the back desk.

Smyrna, Creat Trail Subdivision, south of Spring / Concord, Atlanta Road intersection. North of Paces Vinings Atlanta Road intersection.
Wonderful location, quiet corner lot, great yard, fire pit, horse shoe pits, fenced back yard, creek, deck, 5 minutes from I-75 & I-285 intersection, access to Smyrna Community Center (basketball court, weight room and more), very close to the Village Green (the fountain in Smyrna). Almost walking distance from the house.
