Room is in single family home near Royal High. Dimensions are about 12x14 with carpet and window, closet with mirrored doors. Smokers ok, but no smoking in the room, we are both smokers but not in the house, we have a garage and patio for smoking. Private bath, kitchen & laundry privileges. You'd be sharing a home with a married couple, been together over 10 years, and our two dogs. The house is nice and clean, and we own it. You must like dogs, but no pets, since we already have dogs. Both of us work from home, and are very laid back. No drama! Available 2/1/10, possible move in sooner if needed. Rate includes utilities, gas, water, trash, etc. Cable internet with secured Wifi, included. We have DISH network, and can add a receiver if you want TV. Must pass criminal background check.
