Preferred room and roommate description
I have a 3 bedroom house off of 215 and Eastern. I'm looking to rent out one of the rooms. You'd have access to 2 closets (in case you're like me and have too many clothes for 1) and a private bath. There's a garage that you could have a space in as soon as I have that garage sale and move everything out of there.
I do have a dog, she's a boxer, but she'll leave your stuff alone. :)
The house has all the amenities, and is owned by my family, so there's no worry about any of that.
The rent is $500/month plus utilities. I have high speed internet and Digital HD cable.
A little about me, I'm 24 and a teacher at a high school. I like to have a good time, and I'm easy to get along with. I do work a lot, as I also coach 2 teams. But when I'm around, I'm a good time! I am not merely interested in renting just a room, but someone to share my home with. I don't want anyone feeling like they have to hide out in their room when we're both home!
