I own my home in a middle-class, quiet neighborhood and am in need of a roommate to share expenses. I don't have custody of my daughter at this time so she doesn't stay with me, only visits occasionally.The home is 3 bedroom, 1 bath. Many remodels in the house and more on the way. The extra room has been recently repainted and repaired, as well as the bathroom. Kitchen has new cabinets and am finishing up replacing/painting new doors. Large living room with pergot style flooring, and a wood burning, gas-lighting stone fireplace. Nice sized laundry room with nice washer and dryer. Very nice appliances - large side-by-side fridge with icemaker and filtered water in-door, glass top range oven, dishwasher. Amenities include DirecTV with a DVR, and high speed internet with Comcast - the fastest internet that I can get here (it's also wireless). The room is furnished at the moment with a twin size bed, dresser and nightstand, and a TV can be added if you like. However, if you have your own things, I can also remove all or some of these items. There is also a fenced backyard and lots of parking space in the driveway (wide enough for two cars side-by-side, and extra parking if needed for more).
Looking for a cheery, responsible roommate who is considerate of the property as well as me! I'm pretty quiet myself, and I spend a lot of time either reading, studying or working on the computer. I limit the time I work in/on the house to times that are not intrusive to my roommate.
