About the apt :
Its a pretty nice 1-bedroom apartment that was a hotel complex at one time, its pretty much furnished (long couch,dresser, coffee table, TV, and 2 full size beds) so it doesn't need much.
- Its gated
- Comes with a pool, basketball court, and gym, laundry mat and more.
- Its a 1 bedroom which im in but there also a space in the living room with a full sized bed that works out pretty well.
- People are chill here we never get complaints for being loud or partys.
- im easy to get along with
- like to laugh alot watch movies, go out, write or sing
- Not a neat freak but I clean after myself
- I do sing alot sometimes so if you don't mind that we should be cool aha
- Im a Barista at the bux
About you: It be cool if you were a student but i don't mind if not, male or female doesnt matter too much to me as long as we got respect.
- Have a job or some type of stable income
- also it would be a $200 refundable deposit that you will get back after the lease is up ( Dec. 2012 )
- Normal ( I know there allot of stage 5's on here)
