I currently am renting out rooms in a 4 bedroom 2.5 bath home. Its a brand new home located in Sanford about 10 minutes from the Sanford/Lake mary SCC campus. I currently had to let go of two roommates who were months behind and messy. I'm a clean professional 22yr old male, I work full time and go to school full time. The house was built in 2007 all bedrooms are upstairs along w/ loft and pool table. Downstairs there is a living room, dining room, kitchen and family room.
