But has easy access to all, close to UCF. The room is very spacious with it's own bath has a Large Vanity. Utilities include: Water, Electric, & wireless internet service. It’s a Furnished Room, and has queen size bed. It includes access to the whole house. Fenced in with a back porch, Have a game room pool table, ETC. Would be willing to negotiate rent for some lite house work.
