Preferred room and roommate description

My friend and I are relocating to Seattle in January to start school on the 10th. We are coming for NC. We're both outgoing, open-minded and we like to have fun. But, more importantly, we know when bills are due. We both have moments where I do value our down time. We're going to be too focused on school and work once we get over there so, we are definitely looking for drama free roommates. We're not loud or obnoxious and looking for the same in a roomies. Both of us do not smoke and as far as drugs, we are clean. No problems if you smoke cigs or weed but, we'd rather live in a drug free environment. We're both 21, he is straight and I am a lesbian so, I'd prefer a gay friendly environment.
