Single 40 year old woman looking for a room for barter or very low cost rent.

Lost my job as unarmed security officer ( lay off) and had massive issues with the roomie all within week of turning 40. LOL 40 is so very exciting.

I don't smoke - rarely drink ( love red wine) - drink coffee by the gallons - eat meat ( sorry I love animals but some taste good) - love to read - love to garden - into metaphysics. I have no kids - no pets - no illegal drug use ever.

I would be willing to trade 10 hrs of help around the house - chores/gardening/laundry etc a week in exchange for a quiet safe room near a bus stop.
