Preferred room and roommate description

I am pretty sociable person. I like to hang out with people, go out with my friends, or have friends over. But I also like to spend sometime on my own every once in a while. I do want to have my own room and some privacy. But I want to share a place because of the social and safety environment this can provide me. I don't mind party animals, but I do like to be consulted before throwing parties. I'm a social smoker, but I do not like at all the smell inside my house at all. Alcohol is okay with moderation and I don't mind if my roomate(s) bring partners over. I'm cool with that if they are respectful and cool. I don't mind if you have a terrible mess in your room, but for the social areas of the house I do expect some order and cleanliness. I am a music student so I generally practice voice and piano in my room, but I generally stop before 9pm or else I go to school to rehearse. If I have to practice at home and I think I'll be loud I'll ask you if it's okay for a couple of minutes. Not the whole night! I also love cooking and backing goodies, and would love to cook for my roomates, as I would love to try someone else's stuff. Again I'm a pretty sociable person and I love to do stuff with other people. Movie nights and improvised trips to Golden Gardens or Greenlake are among my favs.
