I have 2 rooms for rent that face the beach. The beach is approx 15 feet from windows. The rooms are on the first floor and will be sharing a full bath. You will have full kitchen and laundry privileges.
You will help with electric, water, cable (high speed internet) expenses. Each room has its own land-line. The second floor is the kitchen, dining room and living room with fireplace. There is a deck facing PCH for entertainment (BBQ, etc). The third floor is my room.
As for me - I'm a professional and quiet individual. I'm not into drama. On weekends I do have family and friends come over for BBQ's.
This is a gated community and there are rules to follow.
