The house is on the west end of Santee, freeway easy to everything. Close is 125, 52, 8, and 67. 12 minutes to MiraMar, 20 minutes to the beach. There is space in the garage for a motorcycle and parking right in front of the house in a great neighborhood. House is 2,700 sq.ft., washer/dryer in garage, wireless internet, cable, some storage. This is a housemate situation.
