1400SF SFH with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms in a quite Santee neighborhood and centrally located to many of the local freeways 52, 125, 8, 15, 67, 163, 805. There is a Trail head to Cowles Mtn. and other nearby hiking trails in The Mission Trails Regional Park. Excellent views of downtown Santee and the surrounding East County Mountains. We have many new and convenient shopping centers yet Santee hold’s that small home town feeling.
You’re Room:
Semi furnished bedroom with a private bathroom and a closet. Your room has a full size bed and night stand with plenty of room for you to add a few of your things if you wish. We have some flexibility with the furnishings. The room has a cable jack for your own TV and cable box. The home also has Wi-Fi for your computer and I am willing to share my Wi-Fi printer. The room is so close to the front door you could easily suggest that you have a private entrance. You will also share or have use of the kitchen, laundry, living room, sunroom with elliptical cross trainer exercise equipment, the pool and the back yard. Small pets may be considered with some additional rent. There is spacious driveway for off street parking providing your vehicle does not leak oil. A small amount of storage area in the garage may be available?
About You’re Roommates:
I am a professional self employed Kitchen and Bath Designer, 53 year male and owner of the home. I work out of my house however usually find myself in and out as I attend to various business appointments with my clients. My 13 year old son lives with me half of the time. He is in the 7th grade and is a respectful, polite and well mannered kid and has his own bedroom and bathroom.
What Type Of Roommate Are We Looking For:
Our roommate could be male or female approximately 30 to 60 years old. We are looking for at least a six month commitment. You’re room is currently available and we are ready to share our home with the right person. We are asking $600 for room rent and use of the community living spaces as described above and a flat $100 for your share of all of the utilities.
