It is a semi furnished, smaller room, wood and slate floors in living room and kitchen, new tile and marble counter in shared bathroom (I have my own 1/2 bath), Wifi, Laundry downstairs, Loaded Kitchen if you like to cook?? I DO!! ;q :) Huge movie collection, and a tiny ocean view from the balcony....you CAN hear the ocean (and sea lions once in a while) late at night....and there's also a beautiful water fountain in the courtyard of the building.... ALL THIS!!! Plus a Great Roommate!! ;) ;) :D for $750- a month plus half utilities and $1500- security deposit.
I am asking way below usual local rent rates in exchange for some light help around the house and a somewhat smaller sized room. I am recovering from back surgery early last year, and although coming along quite well, I find I can still use a helping hand here and there ;) this is NOT a care taking job!! I AM self sufficient and need very little help, mostly SHARED chores (as usually done with roommates) an occasional ride to the market or quick errand... retrieving that random 'thingy' that might have rolled under the sofa or table..... ALL small stuff really :) and of course the things I need help with will diminish and change as my recovery progresses....
MUST BE FEMALE, FINANCIALLY STABLE and have a CAR
Bonus points if you are a Cat Lover (just one very sweet cat), are Spiritually Conscious, Have a Friendly Positive Attitude, are Clean, Organized and Tidy :), Enjoy a healthy BALANCED lifestyle....no wild party animals please, and please don't be a square either...lol!! Must be 420 tolerant as I am a patient.
And if you're into doing some yoga, stretching, or qi gong together sometimes that is a HUGE plus!!! (but not necessary)
