I have my 3 kids 50% of the time (and they're great kids I must say!) They won't bother you at all. You might even like them :-) My other roommate has her boy 50% also. So even when the kids are here, it's relatively quiet. Full use of the house including utilities, front room, kitchen, pool, etc. Come check it out...
