Two rooms for rent available at a house and is furnished. 09/01/09$700/MO + SEC. deposit $700. I am friendly and respect your privacy. You are welcome to use the kitchen and have full access to my pots, pans, etc. to cook. I ask that you clean your dishes after you finish eating.

The rent will include all utilities(Water, Garbage,Laundry, Dish Network in Room and Living Room & Internet Cable).

Quiet, non-smoker, tidy, easy going. No pets. A single intern/student, and/or professional. You will have full access to living room, kitchen,laundry room, and the remodeled bathroom, however you will need to share the bathroom with another roomate.

3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms house situated in a safe residential neighborhood with montague park within walking distance. Rivermark Plaza two blocks away - Safeway, Wells Fargo, Baja Fresh, Blockbuster and Intel a mere 1 mile away from the house and Navida approxiametly 2 miles.I am conviently close to San Jose international airport, approx. 2 miles and two main highways in the area that are 101 and 880 freeways.

Private bedroom is with normal size closet. Also one big 4'long X 1'high X 1 1/4' deep shelf in halway closet for more storage. Window with blinds. Your bathroom is shared with another roomate very clean and nice.
