    Preferred room and roommate description

    Please contact me if you're looking for a roommate. I've got a nice 2000 square foot townhouse in Sandy Springs/Atlanta, 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath, 2 car garage, with a deck, gas grill and small lake behind the house. The Master bed room is for rent and it has it's own private bath, 2 walk in closets, cable, wireless internet and phone connection. All appliances, kitchen supplies (dishes, pots, pans, eating utensils etc) and furniture provided (your room being the exception). It's 2 minutes from 400, 5 minutes from Buckhead and 10-15 minutes from downtown. The neighborhood is a close knit community, with well kept houses/yards and neighborhood activities. I'm asking $599/month (half the house note), plus utilities (about $100).

    I've owned this house for 5 years and I've had 3 female roommates and two male roommates, each living here for a year or more. They all have had various pets, both dogs and/or cats. I do all the landscaping and yardwork around the house. I consider myself a pretty laid back person, who is an educated (post grad degree) professional, very athletic, courteous, mannerly and fun to be around!
